Aalberts announces today the acquisition of Post en Dekker, an Amsterdam-based engineering firm with strong expertise in designing modular, configure-to-order product families for OEMs.
This acquisition strengthens Aalberts semicon segment capacity to take on complex, high-demand projects and supports earlier engagement with customers by translating requirements and technical documentation into manufacturable designs. It also accelerates the transfer of products across sites, supporting Aalberts’ continuous efforts to drive design to value roadmaps.
Post en Dekker brings strong engineering talent and deep modularisation expertise, further strengthening Aalberts’ in-house semiconductor R&D. As customers increasingly adopt common-body modular platforms, these capabilities support Aalberts’ ambitions in high-growth markets and align with the execution of the 'thrive 2030' strategy by enhancing our engineering strength and innovation power.
