Our XStream series separate air and dirt particles from water in any kind of heating system: from small domestic use to large commercial and industrial applications. With unique ECO/MAX modes, our sustainable separators ensure lower energy consumption, less wear and tear, fewer breakdowns, a longer lifespan and thus a higher efficiency of heating and cooling installations.

At Aalberts, we stand our ground in the market for radiator heads. Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRV) are mounted on radiators and self-regulate, meaning they automatically adjust the water flow into radiators as room temperature changes. With carefully engineered ventilation slots in the thermostat heads, the technical performance of our valves is world- class. Our intelligent and wireless wall thermostats are self-learning, so they adapt to users’ occupancy and habits in buildings.

With an emerging demand for weight reduction, higher performance (endurance) and higher specification of materials, Aalberts plays an essential role. We specialise in the extrusion of magnesium and aluminium profiles, producing fully-finished precision products with wall thicknesses from 0.25 mm and dimensional tolerances from ± 0.02 mm. This extremely high level of precision creates unprecedented possibilities, giving industrial customers maximum freedom in design, without restrictions of standard specifications.

Aalberts is the automotive pioneer for electronic pressure regulation. Our high-end electromechanical valves continuously adjust gas pressures, demanded by the engine control module of vehicles. For natural gas-powered vehicles, our CNG valves meticulously reduce 260 bar inlet pressures to variable outlet pressures between 2-12 bar. Our mission-critical portfolio includes valves for different fluids in low-pressure and high-pressure applications as well as compressors for pneumatic applications.

Aalberts is the industry expert in machining, welding and cleanroom integration of ultra large vacuum chambers for semicon efficiency. Ultra-large? Imagine an aluminium block of 8x4x4 meters that requires thousands of loading and unloading chambers and needs to be machined to highest precision and quality, under cleanroom conditions. Drilling these chamber holes, with diameters from 2 to 250 mm and lengths of up to 9 meters, is done with the highest precision in steel, aluminium, titanium and various alloys. From concept design to series production, as one-stop-shop Aalberts deploys a unique combination of competences.

So, how does it all match? Chips continuously need to become faster and more capable. During chip production, a light beam creates individual microcircuits on a thin slice, called the wafer. The more individual microcircuits on one wafer, the faster a chip becomes. If we would magnify this wafer to make it as large as Germany, the distance between these microcircuits would only be 1 mm! These bizarre process geometries demonstrate how even the smallest vibrations during the creation of circuits would destroy the chip.
