The complex consists of five 'houses' and occupies a total of 15,000 square meters of retail space, workplaces and leisure with four out of five houses under one large glass roof.
The underlying warehouse is heated and cooled by a heat pump system and heat and cold storage in the soil. A heating system is on standby to sudden temperature changes. The flat roofs are covered with grass to serve as insulation.
Aalberts supplied the Biofloor underfloor heating system for 7,885 m2 surface, supplemented with Ballorex balancing valves, VSH press and fire protection technology.
