Prénatal, a leading European chain store specialised in products for future mothers and children- developed a unique multifunctional meeting point including a flagship store, multifunctional auditorium, spaces for workshops, body & mind-sessions and a contemporary cafe. The baby brand's headquarters moved to this brand new location in the centre of The Netherlands.
 
The complex consists of five 'houses' and occupies a total of 15,000 square meters of retail space, workplaces and leisure with four out of five houses under one large glass roof.
 
The underlying warehouse is heated and cooled by a heat pump system and heat and cold storage in the soil. A heating system is on standby to sudden temperature changes. The flat roofs are covered with grass to serve as insulation.
 
Aalberts supplied the Biofloor underfloor heating system for 7,885 m2 surface, supplemented with Ballorex balancing valves, VSH press and fire protection technology.
