legal & governance
The global Aalberts legal & governance network drives strategic legal and compliance projects. The use of legal tech plays an important role in our legal and governance activities. Optimising our workflows and efficiency enables us to fully focus on the core of these activities. We are looking forward to meeting passionate and result-oriented candidates to further grow and professionalise the use of legal tech within Aalberts.

your role and responsibilities

• you contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our (legal) systems and workflows
• you participate in the design, set-up and roll-out of updates and/or changes within our (legal) systems
• you support with user management
• you will be the first contact for user issues
• you monitor the outcome and status of support tickets and follow-up with suppliers when necessary
• you ensure that relevant data and documents are included in our legals systems
• you assist with corporate housekeeping and the Aalberts academy

your qualifications and profile

• currently following an university (of applied sciences) education (HBO/ WO opleiding) in relevant field
• recognise yourself in the Aalberts’ company values
• a self-starter, take initiative and take ownership
• affinity with legal tech
• fluent in English

• a temporary contract (4-6 months) for 16 hours per week (or more), at a stock listed company
