  • 'thrive 2030' in action: investment in customer centric supply chain, operational excellence to drive sustainable organic growth

Aalberts announces a strategic investment to expand its Apollo PowerPress manufacturing footprint in the United States. The investment includes new advanced production lines at the Pageland, South Carolina facility and strengthens Aalberts’ local-for-local supply model, bringing production closer to customers while increasing flexibility and speed.

The project will be implemented in phases through 2027, with the first U.S.-manufactured Apollo PowerPress products expected in early 2027. Once fully operational, the Pageland site will serve as a global center of excellence for this high-performance press technology, supporting customers across North America with shorter lead times, increased responsiveness, and dedicated local technical support.

“Bringing Apollo PowerPress manufacturing to the U.S. is a meaningful step in our ‘thrive 2030’ journey,” says Jacob Speight, CEO of Aalberts integrated piping systems Americas. “It demonstrates our commitment to investing in advanced technology, sustainable operations, and long-term value creation for our customers. This investment supports our ambition to significantly grow our North American business by delivering speed, precision, and reliability, close to where our customers operate.”

Expanding U.S. production also supports Aalberts’ sustainability ambitions. Local manufacturing reduces transportation distances and associated emissions, while next-generation equipment enables higher efficiency, precision, and responsible use of resources.

This investment builds on the trusted Apollo Valves heritage of American-made quality and innovation, now combined with Aalberts’ global engineering expertise and advanced manufacturing capabilities to improve daily life through essential technologies.
